Completed transcribing English Sutta readings Disc 1 - 9! Any part in the Sutta Talks is now searchable!

Spent the entire day and yesterday building and improving the search engine module, now it works great!

Transcription progress: completed English general talks "Buddhism in general" & "Dana & sila", English sutta talks Disc 1-5, now doing Disc 6. Aiming to complete 6,7,8 & 9 by this week. By, next week All English general talks. Then will have achieved 100% completion of the entire web project.

Fixed all website quirks, new design theme, came up with own solution to replace Google search (which produced highly inaccurare results), only task that remains for the website is to complete the transcription process, the more complete the transcription the more comprehensive the search results will produce. Also mobile experience is greatly improved, it now scales correctly.

SuttaVinaya.com has been updated for a smoother and more efficient experience in 2025. The improvements include:

1. Enhanced Search Functionality: You can now search more effectively, even with misspelled words. The search will return accurate results, including content from within the talks, not just titles with exact spelling.
2. Faster Loading: The site now loads more quickly, offering a direct approach to the talks without delays caused by bulky files.
3. Transcribed Talks: Talks are now fully transcribed, allowing you to read along as you listen. (30% completed...)

* Need some time for Google to reindex the new website, thats why the sooner the new site is live the better, with time the search results will improve. No more using of Google search, highly inaccurate results. Using ownself coded search logic, and will produce highly accurate search in the Dhamma talks - 6th April 2025.
